Kim is an established leader of business strategy and corporate culture development.

With more than 20 years of strategic management experience in HR and Operations including 7 years at the executive level, Kim has excelled in both consulting and corporate capacities. Her credentials include maximizing organizational performance, driving cultural change and generating transformational results with national retail brands such as Tim Horton’s, Winners, Grand & Toy, Sobeys and The Bargain! Shop. As Kim observes, “Enhancing performance may begin as a special project but to make a difference in your business, it must become an every day part of your corporate culture and operational processes.”

Kim has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill and an HR Management degree from Humber. She has been a CHRP for 10 years and has held bilingual positions in English and French.
