Saquib Vali, former President of Duracell Canada, joins Spyder Works as Executive-in-Residence.
We are very excited to introduce Saquib Vali as an Executive-In-Residence (EIR) at Spyder Works.
The Spyder Works Executive-In-Residence is a part-time role offering experienced international business leaders access to a seasoned strategic and creative team, and engagement within a thriving, entrepreneurial business consultancy. For Spyder Works clients and team, the EIR acts as a mentor, leader and contributor bringing the full weight of their global experience and network.
Saquib comes to Spyder as an EIR following his tenure as the President of Duracell Canada Inc. a Berkshire Hathaway Company, where he played a key role in carving out Duracell from P&G as a separate legal entity and company, and establishing Duracell as Power You Can Trust in the Canadian market.
Before Duracell, Saquib spent 21 years at Procter & Gamble where he gained invaluable experience across three continents – Asia, Europe and North America. The last position he held was Head of Commercial Operations of the $1.4 billion Fabric & Home Care Business Unit at Procter & Gamble Canada. He also has an MBA from the IBA and graduated from Rotman School of Management’s Directors Education Program (DEP) and holds the ICD.D Designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
This is one more exciting step towards Spyder Works vision of becoming the business consultancy of choice for mid-market organizations and intrapreneurs globally.
We look forward to you all having the opportunity to meet Saquib in the near future. Or you can welcome him today at svali@spyder.works.
